  • Due to the handmade and hand-painted nature of our glass tea sets, each item is carefully inspected and packed. The full preparation and dispatch process may take up to 7 business days.

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize quality over speed.

2. Delivery Time to the United States

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Within 15 business days from the date your order is shipped.
  • Most customers in the US receive their orders within 10–18 days after dispatch.
  • These times include international transit and any customs processing.

We work with reliable, well-established international carriers commonly used for shipments to the United States to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

3. Free Shipping

All orders to the United States qualify for free shipping. There are no hidden shipping fees. The amount shown at checkout already includes delivery to your door.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can conveniently track your package using 17TRACK or other major tracking platforms.

We recommend keeping the tracking number until you safely receive your order.

5. Shipping from China

All packages are shipped from Hejian City, Hebei Province, China. We use high-quality protective packaging specifically designed for delicate glass items to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to the United States:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Most orders arrive without additional charges, but this may vary depending on your local customs regulations.
