As a Chinese brand specializing in hand-painted glass tea sets, we handle every order with great care to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Once your payment is confirmed, we typically begin processing your order within 1–2 business days.

Because each piece is individually handmade and hand-painted, it undergoes thorough quality inspection and professional protective packaging. The full preparation and shipping process may take up to 7 business days.

We always prioritize quality over speed — thank you for your understanding.

2. Delivery Time

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Italy.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Most customers receive their orders within this timeframe, including international transit and customs clearance.
  • Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 8–27 business days (processing time + shipping time).

    We partner with reputable international air freight carriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

    3. Free Shipping

    All orders qualify for free shipping with no hidden fees. The amount shown at checkout already includes door-to-door delivery.

    4. Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

    You can easily track your package using 17TRACK or other major tracking platforms. We recommend keeping your tracking number until you safely receive your order.

    5. Shipping Origin

    All packages are shipped from Hejian City, Hebei Province, China. We use high-quality, multi-layer protective packaging specially designed for fragile glassware to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

    6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the checkout amount and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.
