Refund policy

At Yujian Glass Tea, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our glass tea sets. We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This period is based on the delivery confirmation from the carrier.

2. What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for return, the item must meet these conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unopened condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and parts
  • Show no signs of use, scratches, or wear
  • Have intact outer packaging that does not affect resale value

Because our products are delicate glass tea sets, used or installed items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a product quality issue (such as manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size/color preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of use
  • Products with damaged packaging that affects resale
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Customized products (if applicable)

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Please contact our customer service team before shipping anything back. Email us at info@yujianglasstea.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions and authorization.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We recommend insuring valuable packages.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds cover the product price only. 
  • For quality-related returns, we will also reimburse your return shipping cost (upon providing proof of payment).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We take product quality very seriously. In such cases, we will offer you one of the following:

  • A full refund (including return shipping)
  • A replacement item
  • A suitable partial refund

8. International Returns

All returns from the United States are shipped at the customer’s expense unless it is a quality issue. We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit. Please keep your tracking number.
