Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Please note: To ensure the safety of fragile items, large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Q: Which countries do you deliver to? A: We currently offer professional international shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Singapore.
Q: When will my order be processed? A: As each piece is 100% hand-painted, orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ship within 2-3 days of restocking.
Q: How soon will I receive my package? A: We use premium international air transport. Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days (Excluding 1-2 days processing time). Please understand that artisan crafts take time to prepare and ship safely.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it has been shipped. If the order is already in transit, please contact us for assistance with a return once it arrives.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: We take full responsibility. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any damage, take photos and email us at yujianglasstea@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a Free Replacement immediately.
Q: Customs & Duties A: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
