At YUJIAN , we stand behind the artistry and quality of our hand-painted teaware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Can I Cancel My Order?

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a Full Refund anytime before it has been shipped. We have removed all processing fees to ensure a stress-free experience.

• After Shipment: If the order is already in transit, we cannot stop the delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return after you receive the package.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition. To start a return, please email yujianglasstea@gmail.com for authorization.

• Return Address: All returns are processed at our regional center:

  No. 77, G Area, Shuxi Villa, Shuguang West Road, Yingzhou Town, Hejian City, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.

• Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 Damaged or Defective Items

• Fragile Protection: Since our glassware is delicate, we take full responsibility for any breakage during transit.

• Action Required: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.

• Solution: After verification, we will send a Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund immediately.

Wrong Items Received

• Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and ship the correct item to you at no extra charge.

• Your Mistake: If you ordered the wrong item, contact us, and we will help you with exchange options.

Missing Packages

• If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us. We will coordinate with the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) and provide a replacement or a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Items used with tea or water.

• Items without original packaging.

• Items returned after the 30-day window.

 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

• Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
